Architecting Advanced Machine Learning
& Computer Vision Systems
I am an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay with a strong interest in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, built alongside my academic foundation in Civil Engineering. My fascination with AI began during my first research internship at IISc Bangalore, where I explored how deep learning models can perceive and interpret the physical world. Since then, I have focused on building intelligent systems across visual computing, medical imaging, and real-world perception tasks.
Recent Work
Developed a comprehensive machine learning framework using ANN, SVR, and Gradient Boosting to map the complex nonlinear interactions between geometry, build orientation, and post-processing for high-performance 3D printed structures.
Built an end-to-end computer vision pipeline integrating YOLOv8 for multi-class detection and DeepSORT for object tracking to automatically identify, timestamp, and record red light violations in real-time.
Architected a complete deep learning pipeline featuring transfer learning, custom data augmentation strategies, and stratified dataset balancing to ensure robust and accurate multi-class classification for specialized medical imaging.
Investigated bio-inspired polygonal designs through a combination of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and experimental validation to optimize strength-to-weight ratios and energy absorption for lightweight engineering.
